A First-Class bachelor's degree holder in Economics from the University of Ibadan, Omowale is currently the Group Managing Director (Nigeria), NewGlobe Education. A company that supports visionary governments to transform public education systems, with an overarching mission to ensure that every child has access to quality education that will develop their full potential, creating a strong foundation for growth and prosperity. She was most recently the Vice President, Global Operations at Andela and before that, Country Director (Nigeria and Ghana). Omowale started her professional career at Accenture, a Fortune 500 Global multinational company that provides consulting and processing services, where she started as an analyst and grew to become part of the Executive Management team, a respected management consultant, business process re-engineering expert, interim human resources lead and a certified project manager. At Accenture, Omowale led complex and challenging projects and collaborated with diverse and multicultural teams in various countries, including India, Singapore, Oman, and South Africa. Omowale has won several awards in leadership and academic excellence and has a mentoring circle targeted at young ladies.
